Activision bans permanent and shadowbans

Before accessing and playing a Call of Duty title you have agreed to and accepted the Software License and Service Agreement for the title. You can use any web browser on your Mac PC or phone to submit a support ticket.
WEB To check if you've been shadow-banned in Warzone you need to follow these steps
- Go to the Activision Ban Appeal page.
- Log in with your Activision account.
- Click on the "Check Ban Status" button.
- If you see the message "Your account is currently banned" then you have been shadow-banned.
WEB Bans will only be overturned if we determine the infraction was due to your Activision account being hacked
Submit a support ticket to appeal an account. Please note that submitting multiple tickets will not expedite the review process and may result in a longer wait time.
